Does this sound any good for weight loss?
It’s the easter holidays next week so I have 2 weeks of doing nothing but college work.
I want to lose as much weight as possible in this time, even though I know it won’t be a lot.
So, hows’ this sound…
Breakfast – 2 weetabix (OR) a skinny mocha (yeah I know it isn’t great)
Lunch – Nothing (OR) minestrone soup (OR) salad and pitta bread
Dinner – 600 calories of what my mum does, I’m vegetarian if it matters.
If I snack it would be fruit, and I plan on drinking around 2-3 litres of water per day.
For exercise – 14 mile bike ride every morning
1 hour cardio workout at the gym 5 times a week.
3 sets of 10 squats every other day
I know it’s not exactly healthy, but I don’t do healthy diets.
Please NO LECTURES or negative comments.
Thanks.
this sounds perfect. i don’t do healthy dieting either…i tend to push myself to the limit, but hey if it makes you feel good about yourself, why not? im at the gym a least 5 times a week and i do 45min-1.5 hrs of cardio every time i go. keep up with a good routine like this and youll be on ur way to a new body and better life.
good luck

It’s vital to eat good to stay healthy. Acai berry is an exciting super food which keeps you healthy and additionally has the bonus of helping you to lose a pile of weight. There’s a free trial happening currently at http://palirs.newexercise.info , why not try it, why not?

Hey i think it depends on what your used to if you normaly eat quite a bit more than this and are not used to regular excercise (i only say this as i know it so diffrent to my norm pattern lol) this may just be a bit to much to quick and 2 weeks is a long time to cut back so much . hope this helps if you do this let me know how it went good luck

throw in a couple snacks for sure. Especially if you’re exercising. This will keep your metabolism going, when you’re not eating enough you’re just going to store fat. So make sure you eat or it’ll back fire! What will help you is eat every 4 hours (400 cal mini meal). I’m vegetarian too! Becareful, I gained a lot of weight just becoming vegetarian. But now I’m back down to my normal healthy weight.

That should be good. Try to eat enough to keep you full, you don’t have to starve to lose weight. Drink a lot of water and get enough rest and you will look fine.

It’s fine alright. You got the exercises down pretty good. As for the foods its ok I guess. I mean mine is just about the same calories for dinner and I have special k with bananas for breakfast and a chicken sandwich for lunch and I eat chocolate when I crave it hahah. And I snack on bad stuff sometimes but I workout and stuff and I’m pretty toned.

14 mile bike ride?! Wow i wish i could do that!
I think you should just throw some snacks in your diet, just so you don’t pass out or something.
Sounds good to me though!
And hey i’m a vegetarian too!
