Does this sound any good for weight loss?

It’s the easter holidays next week so I have 2 weeks of doing nothing but college work.
I want to lose as much weight as possible in this time, even though I know it won’t be a lot.
So, hows’ this sound…

Breakfast – 2 weetabix (OR) a skinny mocha (yeah I know it isn’t great)
Lunch – Nothing (OR) minestrone soup (OR) salad and pitta bread
Dinner – 600 calories of what my mum does, I’m vegetarian if it matters.
If I snack it would be fruit, and I plan on drinking around 2-3 litres of water per day.

For exercise – 14 mile bike ride every morning
1 hour cardio workout at the gym 5 times a week.
3 sets of 10 squats every other day

I know it’s not exactly healthy, but I don’t do healthy diets.
Please NO LECTURES or negative comments.

Thanks.

this sounds perfect. i don’t do healthy dieting either…i tend to push myself to the limit, but hey if it makes you feel good about yourself, why not? im at the gym a least 5 times a week and i do 45min-1.5 hrs of cardio every time i go. keep up with a good routine like this and youll be on ur way to a new body and better life.

good luck
