The foods of nature are inherently all low calorie and low fat.
— What is a “Healing Crisis,” or a “Healing Event”? When you eat more cleanly, your body begins to release old toxins that were previously clogged up in your lymphatic system. You may find yourself having to blow your nose or coughing all the time, or on the more extreme end you may have puss come out of the skin, primarily in the locations of your lymph nodes. If you don’t know what is happening, then it can be scary…but now that you know that it is simply part of the process, you can relax! Your body is just getting that stuff out of you as quickly as possible, so give thanks!
— Nature doesn’t isolate. Nature is whole and pure. She knows what she’s doing! She is infinitely intelligent, and already had it all figured out for us! Have faith in her infinite wisdom. Recipe: Healthy Peanut Butter Balls – Ep28 – Brides Made Fit
Happy Holidays! From now until January 1st you will most likely be eating three times the calories your body burns in just one day. That said, we should probably cut corners where we can — and I’m not talking about cakes!
Good habits to live by during this “season of splurging” is to avoid drinking your calories, cutting back on portions, and not going back for seconds. Notice how I’m not telling you to avoid the sweets? Cutting it out cold turkey — especially during the Holidays — may prompt you to completely lose your mind from sugar-deprivation, steal the entire pumpkin pie, and down it in two minutes while hiding out in the hall closet!
So instead of doing away with the sweet-stuff, watch this week’s podcast and try whipping together this healthy dessert recipe that’s both tasty and satisfying. If you love peanut butter, this one’s for you!
Peanut Butter Protein Balls
Ingredients: 1 cup plain instant oats 1 cup honey 1 cup natural peanut butter (drained) 1 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1.) With peanut butter still in the jar, drain the oil off of the top
2.) Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl with a spatula
3.) Wash your hands and continue mixing the ingredients until there are no dry spots
4.) Roll up balls of the mixture about the size of a half-dollar and place them on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper or parchment paper
5.) Cover with wax paper or parchment paper and refrigerate
Optional: You may also melt down two cups of semi-sweet chocolate morsels and dip one side of each ball in it before refrigerating
Servings: approx. 24 balls
One serving, plain= 103 calories
3.5g fat
11.5g carbs
7.5g protein
6g sugar
One serving w/chocolate= 138 calories
5.5g fat
17g carbs
7.5g protein
10g sugar

— I was talking to someone today about prostate cancer & it inspired me to share with you what I’d personally do if I had cancer. Remember, this is not medical advice! I’m simply letting you know what I would do.
— I don’t have a desire to cure anyone of anything, nor attack any diseases. I simply want to share with you my passion for achieving, maintaining & increasing my health…& let you know all the tips, tricks, tools, techniques, lifestyle & dietary choices I’ve personally found to be the most conducive for this…& that I’ve since observed working for others too. — At first glance this juice might not appear ‘pretty,’ but once you drink it you’re gonna see just how unreal & absolutely delicious it tastes!
— What’s been going on in the ‘real world’ with regards to overcoming disease & finding health just doesn’t appear to be working…organs & glands are being cut out & harsh treatments are done which damage our healthy cells & acidify the body.
— For me, I instead choose to CULTIVATE LIFE! I wash the cells & tissues of my body clean, as well as strengthen & alkalize them! Attacking dead cells while also attacking one’s healthy & living cells just doesn’t make any sense to me personally.

A) Attack all of the cells in your body, both diseased & living, OR;
B) Strengthen the healthy, living cells of your body
Well, if I wanted to live a long life full of health, vitality & strength then I personally would be choosing option ‘B.’
— For those who think that me drinking green juice if I had cancer instead of getting chemo or radiation is pure quackery, then I say this: “Well, since most people are NOT getting rid of their cancer through conventional treatments & neither are many of those people getting healthy from chemo….well, drinking green juices certainly couldn’t hurt then, now could it…especially if I had already tried the conventional treatments & they had not worked…for not only would I not be damaging my healthy cells in the process of drinking that living green juice, but I would be STRENGTHENING them!”
— I may not have a bunch of fancy letters after my name, but what I do have is the LOVE…and a caring for YOU & for the TRUTH. I don’t claim to hold the golden key to Truth…but I am always driven by it & I’m always seeking it.
— One could choose to decide to simply try drinking green juices for just a month or two, to see what happens! So why not simply *try* the green juice path? To neutralize acidity, clear congestion, lose weight, and/or possibly heal oneself of cancer or diabetes like Dave did?
— Too many complex carbohydrates & animal foods + not enough live-giving fruits & vegetables from Mother Earth has essentially lowered the cellular respiration in your body…your cells literally can’t breathe & so can’t get the energy they need to function optimally.
IT SEEMS AS THOUGH MANKIND HAS LOST ITS MIND….BUT NOW IT IS TIME TO RETURN TO THE INFINITE WISDOM OF MOTHER NATURE & OF OUR CREATOR, AND SO REMEMBER THAT ALL THAT WE HAVE NEEDED TO SURVIVE & THRIVE HAS ALWAYS BEEN UPON THE EARTH.

Oaty Cookies
Makes 18 biscuits
Preparation time 10 minutes • Cooking time 10 minutes
Pre-heat the oven to 195°c/gas mark 5
Ingredients
110g soft brown sugar
100g caster sugar
85g unsalted butter or margarine
115g Rachels Pouring natural yogurt
drop of vanilla extract
125g plain flour
1/2 tsp of bicarbonate of soda
100g Dorset Cereals tasty, toasted spelt, barley & oat flakes
Method
1. Line or grease a baking sheet.
2. In a mixing bowl or food processor cream together the sugars
and fat until light and fluffy.
3. Stir in the yogurt and vanilla extract, mix well.
4. Add the flour and bicarbonate of soda and mix further until all
the flour is incorporated.
5. Add the flakes.
6. Drop tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared sheet and
bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown on the edges.
7. Leave to cool slightly before removing onto a wire cooling rack.
Try
Adding some chocolate chips for extra indulgence!
