I want to reduce my weight a little but i can’t stop eating rice, suggest me some diet plan?


Switch to brown rice (not instant) to increase your fiber intake. Drink more water and eat more vegetables. Enjoy rice, but make sure you eat an equal or greater volume of vegetables, fruit, and proteiny foods with it. Eat the vegetables first and the rice last.

Most importantly: Don’t be afraid of leaving leftovers. Stop eating when you stop feeling hungry. You can always finish it for dinner.
