Low Fat Diet Sheet

Is there something wrong with me?

kk, basically I’m a male of 110 lbs, 17 years old, about 5 feet 10 inches tall. I’m really skinny and really underweight.
About a year ago, to fix my problem, i decided to eat more, and told myself that in the long term, I would probably gain more weight and be a normal weight. So I got myself a spread sheet and on a normal day, I calculated a food consumption of about 2000 calories while satisfying my needs in vitamin protein and everything. I worked on it and brought it up to 2500 calories by stuffing my face, while still eating healthy food.
2 months later, (about 10 months ago from now) I started feeling stomach pains, bloating, tiredness, I thought also anemia, and stuff so I went to see my doctor, and I told him that I feel really bad and that I’ve been eating more and still could not gain weight. He told me it was genetics and stuff (i researched and found I was an ectomorph body type and stuff). I got a blood test done, because I thought maybe if I had a tape worm maybe i couldn’t absorb the nutrients I needed which caused anemia and made me skinny. So I didn’t get a call back from the doctor so that was a good sign i guess, everything was in order, no problems.
About 6 months ago I decide, screw this instead of eating healthy I will do some calorie packing. I brought my consumption to 3000 calories a day, eating a shit load of mcdonald, kfc, everything that makes people fat (still ate healthy stuff). From there, I still didn’t gain any weight.
So then prom night came, so I got drunk. The next day I wake up and I lost 5 lbs. I was 105 lbs. I was pissed and told myself that I would never drink again so that I could finally gain weight. (btw i only drank very few times, 2-3 times max).
At around the beginning of the summer, I would go eat fast foods about 4-5 times a week for like 6 or 7 weeks. I ate healthy food, kept a steady 2500-3000 calorie diet. I would get to 108 lbs, then the next day go down to 105 lbs. Extremely low weight.
Lately though, if I keep 3 hours between eating more food, I would get tired. Add another hour of no food and I would be really faint, dizzy, and I would feel as if I’m losing my grip on reality, as if I’m watching a tv show and I’d only realize what I say about 1 sec after I said it. Whenever I can eat food, I would stuff my face, eating an extremely large amount of food, yogurt, fruits, chicken everything. I told myself I’d eat healthyer since i ate mcdonalds almost every day.
About 3 weeks ago, I went to the pharmacy. I asked the pharmacist if he had anything that would make me eat more, and he gave me "Blessed Thistle". He said it was a digestive aid that would open appetite. I did a research on it when I got home and found it was generally given to anorexic people to get them to eat more. So I told myself why not try it. So I try it, I start eating more and still I gain no weight.
Today I went to an "All you can eat sushi" right after having eaten a big breakfast and I stuffed my face to the next level. I also took those pills, so about 2 hours later, I was hungry so I ate fruits with yogurt. I had a few snacks, then went off to play tennis. 3 hours later of tennis and sitting down, chilling, I start getting hungry. No food around me, I decide I can go for another hour. I start feeling really faint, dizzy and again, slightly drunk per say (even if I didn’t drink, smoke or anything. I don’t smoke). I get home, and I stuff my face some more. Now, my stomach feels like its burning, as if my abs are pressing down on my stomach and I’m being squeezed from the sides.

I’ve been doing a massive amount of research, looking at every possibility:
- Tape worm, stomach cancer, stomach ulcers, anemia, celiac disease, ectomorph etc.

PS: I’ve tried taking weight gainers, creatine monohydrate and everything. The only thing I haven’t tried is steroids and I’m not intending on taking that. The only reason I want to gain weight is to be able to look at myself in the mirror and not see all my bones, and to get a wrist bigger then 3 or 4 inches. No I don’t get bullied at school. My mom is about 130 lbs, my dad is about 170 lbs, my older brother is about 175 lbs so if its genetics, I’m ether really lucky i can eat whatever i want, or cursed with some type of disease.
PPS: I would like to weigh more then my future girlfriend / future wife . . . . . . . . . . . . .

this is a serioius matter. You should search your waste for tapeworm larva.

Edwin Loh: Tips to Control Your Blood Sugar w/ Proper Diet (Part 3)

Sugar level

The blood sugar concentration or blood glucose level is the amount of glucose (sugar) present in the blood of a human or animal.

Glucose is the primary source of energy for body’s cell, lipids (in the form of fats and oils) being primarily a compact energy store. It is transported from the intestines or liver to body cells via the bloodstream, and is absorbed by body cells with the intervention of the hormone insulin normally produced by the body.

The mean normal blood glucose level in humans is about 4 mM (4 mmol/L or 72 mg/dL, ie milligrams/deciliter). However, the glucose level fluctuates during the day. It rises after meals for an hour or two by a few grams and is usually lowest in the morning, before the first meal of the day (termed “the fasting level”).

When a blood sugar level is outside the normal range, it may be an indicator of a medical condition. A persistently high level is referred to as hyperglycemia or if low as hypoglycemia. Diabetes mellitus is characterized by persistent hyperglycemia from any of several causes, and is the most prominent disease related to failure of blood sugar regulation. A temporary elevated blood sugar level may also result from severe stress, such as trauma, stroke, myocardial infarction, or surgery; and also from illness. Alcohol, after an initial surge in blood sugar, tends to cause blood sugar to fall. Also, certain drugs can increase or decrease glucose levels.

Whole Food

Whole foods are foods that are unprocessed and unrefined, or processed and refined as little as possible before being consumed. Whole foods typically do not contain added ingredients, such as sugar, salt, or fat.Examples of whole foods include unpolished grains; fruits and vegetables; unprocessed meat, poultry, and fish; and non-homogenized milk.

The term is often confused with organic food, but whole foods are not necessarily organic, nor are organic foods necessarily whole. Because of the lack of basic processing, some whole foods have a very short shelf life.

The United States Food and Drug Administration defines whole grains as cereal grains containing the bran, endosperm and germ of the original grain. Federal Dietary Guidelines issued by the Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion in 2005 recommended the consumption of at least three servings of whole grains each day, as there is evidence that they help cut risk of cancer and heart disease.

There are several ways to meet the body’s needs with respect to whole foods. One way is to consume a variety of fresh raw fruits and vegetables every day.Diets rich in whole and unrefined foods, like whole grains, dark green and yellow/orange-fleshed vegetables and fruits, legumes, nuts and seeds, contain high concentrations of antioxidant phenolics, fibers and numerous other phytochemicals that may be protective against chronic diseases.”

Fiber

Fiber, also spelled fibre, is a class of materials that are continuous filaments or are in discrete elongated pieces, similar to lengths of thread. They are very important in the biology of both plants and animals, for holding tissues together. Human uses for fibers are diverse. They can be spun into filaments, string or rope, used as a component of composite materials, or matted into sheets to make products such as paper or felt. Fibers are often used in the manufacture of other materials. Synthetic fibers can be produced very cheaply and in large amounts compared to natural fibers, but natural fibers enjoy some benefits, such as comfort, over their man-made counterparts.

Water Retention

The term water retention (also known as fluid retention) signifies an abnormal accumulation of fluid in the circulatory system or within the tissues or cavities of the body.

Water is found both inside and outside the body’s cells. It forms part of the blood, helping to carry the blood cells around the body and keeping oxygen and important nutrients in solution so that they can be taken up by tissues such as glands, bone and muscle. Even the organs and muscles are mostly water.

The body uses a complex system of hormones and hormone-like substances called prostaglandins to keep its volume of fluid at a constant level. So if one day you drink a lot more water or other fluid than usual, you should not end up weighing more; your kidneys will quickly excrete the excess as urine. Likewise, if you do not get enough to drink, your body will hold on to its fluids and you will urinate less than usual.

low fat hot wing’s. MmmmmmmMMmmmmm keep the inside temp of chicken at 180 F or WHITE!!!!!

Did you ever wish that your favorite high-fat foods would magically morph into something healthy? Me too.

I grew up just 20 miles from the epicenter of the Buffalo chicken wing explosion that took place at the Anchor Bar in 1964. Wings are a fundamental part of Buffalo culture. Standard party fare is a sheet pizza and a bucket of wings.

Real Buffalo wings are deep-fried and tossed in a butter-based hot sauce. This is what makes them great, but not good for watching your waistline. But could I go through life never having another wing? Not an option, so the “Almost-As-Good, Not-Quite-A-Wing-But-Close” was born.

Ingredients:
2-3 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup – 3/4 cup 99% fat-free chicken broth
1/2 cup – 3/4 cup Franks’ Red Hot Sauce (amount used depends on amount of chicken and how saucy you like it.)
Celery sticks and bleu cheese dressing for dipping; served on the side
Preparation:
Slice the breasts into 1″ wide strips.

Spray a non-stick frying pan with cooking spray and brown the chicken until it’s cooked through.

Mix together chicken broth and Franks’ Red Hot Sauce and add them to the chicken.

Lower the heat, cover the pan, and simmer the chicken for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened and is coating the chicken in a beautiful, glossy layer of spicy goodness.

You can adjust the hotness of the chicken by adding more or less hot sauce in proportion to the chicken broth. For folks who like their wings on the mild side, 1/4 cup of hot sauce to 3/4 of broth might help keep the “heat” down. If you like your wings to be incendiary, or nuclear, as we like to say, then increase the hot sauce and decrease the broth.

Serve them with the prerequisite celery sticks and (low-fat) blue cheese dressing on the side. It’s as close to an authentic Buffalo Wing experience as possible, without destroying your diet.

I Hate High School: 2010: (I Love College Parody)

Music: Smokin Joe/R Weezy/Beta

Video was inspired by the original video of Smokin Joe’s “I hate high school”.

Lyrics:
Hook (Beta)
I can’t stand high school, yeah i really hate it
a messed up bell, the classrooms smell, the walls are faded
i hate work, i hate to read
but my good friends is all i need
well ain’t that great, i just can’t wait
’till i finally graduate

GMonroe:
Man I hate this school, that’s all I got to say
Going in and out of every single shity day
Wake up at six feeling sick caused I stayed up late
Now I gotta go shovel out my car, that’s great
Drive to the lot where the cops lurk outside
They looking at me but ain’t stopping my ride
I got nothing to hide but it just occurred to me
That this place is a prison with maximum security
Got English first got to get to class
Another seminar Socrates kiss my
Then to pe where I would prefer to be
If they didn’t the nerve to give me a c
So I keep on cruising do what I’m choosing
See me in the back with my head down snoozing
Cause it’s hard to be proud of this place
That’s getting more construction done then michael jacksons face
Kids in my math carvin desks with a knife with a knife
Writng 420s the most math they’ve done in their life
me I just sit there wonderwhy the day is so long
Probly writing down lyrics to my next hit song like…

R Weezy:
In my high school days i didnt come to school high
but like the three 6 classmates said i stayed fly
peepin through the window looking up to the sky
day dreamin im in high school mid july
thats when i heard the bell ring, snap back to reality
lost myself like slim listenin to all this faggotry
don’t care if the class is physics or anatomy
in 12th grade none of that matters to me
assign a six page essay at max im fillin three sheets
give me work in may and im leaving it incomplete
Shout out to the number one encyclopedia
Look at my works cited all you see is wikipedia
this is senioritis 09 only goes to feel fine
pop some bottles, drink some wine, commit a couple crimes
man i’d do near anything to get this high school grind off my mind

Beta:
I cant tell you what i learned from school
But i can tell you a story or too
Yeah of course i learned some rules
Like dont spit in duels, cause that aint cool

GMonroe:
And you cant always strive to do your best and thrive
otherwise you’ll always be up to 3:05
and we gotta make sure we protect our lives
and watch out for joe whenever he drives
and for lunch its been shown to be a fact
that you have to bring your own brown paper sack
cause low fat snacks and diet drinks is all they pack
and the pizza here kinda tastes like crack
and someone will always you off to the highest degree
whether its a student, teacher, or faculty
but keep your head up and you will see
their just an hole and thats all they’ll ever be

R Weezy:
Another side of high school is all the gossip and the drama
Its like a soap opera, whos the baby mama
He likes her? He hooked up with him?
Are you sure? They really got together on a whim?
I dont play this , dont talk behind peoples backs
If you ask me to spit it, Im only giving you facts
Cause its R Weezy, one of the hip hops elite
I make this look easy man, I do it in my sleep
So the next time etched on the stalls you read a lie
Ill be outta those halls, I love college, goodbye.

Atkins Breaksfast – Seedy Crakers with Cream Cheese

Atkins Breaksfast – Seedy Crakers with Cream Cheese

LOW CARB SEEDY GLUTEN-FREE, SUGAR-FREE CRACKERS

2 1/2 cups Blanched Almond Flour
3 T. Soy Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
3 T. Melted Butter
1 T. Canola Oil
1 Egg
Sea Salt (I prefer sea salt in a grinder)
Pepper (I prefer black pepper in a grinder)
Garlic Powder
Dried Minced Onions
Sesame Seeds
Poppy Seeds
Caraway Seeds

*two silicone baking mats (or waxed / parchment paper) and cookie sheet

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium-sized bowl, combine almond flour, soy flour, baking soda, melted butter and canola oil. In a small bowl, beat the egg. Pour the egg into the dry ingredients and mix until all ingredients are combined.

Roll out dough between two silicone baking mats, or waxed / parchment paper, to a rectangle the size of your baking sheet.

Remove top silicone baking mat (or waxed / parchment paper) and move onto dough and bottom silicone baking mats on baking sheet. If you are using parchment paper, you can move that on the baking sheet but do not bake with waxed paper.

Sprinkle dough with remaining ingredients: sea salt, fresh cracked pepper, garlic powder, dried minced onions, paprika, sesame seeds, poppy seeds and caraway seeds to taste, slightly push each ingredient down into the dough so it sticks. I over salted my first batch, so be careful with the salt.

Cut dough into bite-sized squares about 2 in. x 2 in.

Bake crackers 15 – 20 minutes, or until lightly browned. 15 minutes in a convection oven is perfect.

Let crackers cool on the baking sheet for 30 minutes. Transfer to Ziploc bag or Tupperware container to keep fresh.
