So far every question I have seen seems to have had a representative posting an advertisement for the acai berry thing (which I doubt works, acai berries just make you crap a lot)
Why can't these people get real jobs?
The postings are done by spambots not real people. It's a matter of numbers, all they need is to find a few people to make it profitable. I've heard people had to close their credit cards because of the "free offer" and had been charged hundreds of dollars multiple times that they couldn't recover.

I am desperate to lose about 20 pounds in 4 weeks. I am drinking only water and fruits and vegetable. But I want to speed things up so if I use BOTH the acai berry and the lemonade diet master cleanse, do you think it will work ?
Don't do this to yourself please. You may lose weight now, but you are setting yourself up for massive problems in the future! See the review on the lemon detox diet below, and then also read the article below that on how to boost your metabolism. Much better to go about it the healthy way.
Acai does not help for weight loss at all, so don't waste your money there. Review also included for your reference.

I just got a 30 day free trial of Acai Berry Capsules & I am planning on taking one capsule everyday for 30 days. How much weight will I lose when my 30 days is up? Also, should I take a capsule every morning or every night? Which one is better?

Unless you intend to increase exercise, or decrease your caloric intake... Probably nothing, besides normal weight fluctuations.
Food and natural supplements will not make you lose weight. If I were you I'd throw them out, but if you're intent on taking it, don't expect much or anything to happen.

i've been breastfeeding for 2 months but i really would like to try the acai berry supplement, without having to stop the breastfeeding. does anyone know if it affects my baby in any way?
There have been no adverse reports or studies showing that Acai has had any problems with pregnancy or nursing. In it's simplest terms, it is a fruit with very high antioxidant support, so your body would see it similarly to eating a bunch of Grapes, Oranges, Apples, etc. You should have no problem at all.
