— Now, HOW the fruits & vegetables work on the body (or should I say not get stuck in the body, and so let the body do its thing with minimal obstructions). is much more complex and higher-order than we could ever hope to explain with words or with scientific thinking. I am not trying to dis science, it certainly has its place, but why on earth do we need to over-analyze and break down all the little but powerful properties of fruits & vegetables until we’re blue in the face? How about we all just eat and drink them instead? It is so obvious that Mother Nature intended for us to enjoy them as the primary part of our diets, and it is already so obvious that they have benefits for us…even the mainstream can agree with that.

— Also, its not just about only consuming what is best for us, it is honoring the fact that what we hold in our minds affects the functionality of all of our cells, and of what we consume…which is why I personally feel it is insane that some health teachers will say eating fruit will kill you or feed your cancer, when helllooooooo, it is the food of mankind. It is is the food of healthy cells. Yes, a lower volume of fruit for some people at some times might be more beneficial for various reasons, but that doesn’t mean fruit itself feeds, and therefore causes cancer! WOOAHHH! ;-)

— SO…let’s just drink our fruits & vegetables! …and let’s just eat our fruits & vegetables!

Lose weight the Healthy way: Week Two of the Fat Smash Diet The Foundation

Yay I lost 2.9 pounds in nine days!

Week Two:
Same rules apply 4-5 meals a day
1. eat as many fruits and veggies
2. dont skip meals
3. continue a physical activity
4. stay away from FRIED, SUGAR, and unnessary calories!

Foods Allowed:
Same list as in Week One plus;
MEATS (3-4 oz)
Chicken, baked, no skin
Turkey, baked, no skin
Ground beef, extra lean sirloin, broiled
Sirloin Steak, Broiled
Lamb, Broiled

SEAFOOD:
halibut, tuna, salmon, snapper, striped bass etc: 3oz (NOT FRIED)
4 large shrimp
3oz mussels
6-12 oysters
3 clams

EGGS:
4 egg whites or
1 whole egg(scambled, boiled, or poached)

MILK & CHEESE:
2 1/2 cups low fat, skim, or soy milk
2oz cheese (about 2 slices)
1/2 cup cottage cheese per day

CEREALS: 1cup a day for hot cereal and 1/2 cup of cold cereal
corn flakes, cheerios, oatmeal, farina, total, bran flakes, life, rice crispies, puffed rice, puffed wheat, wheaties, special k, and chex

SWEETNERS:
4 tsp of gradulated sugar (or sugar substitute)
1tbsp of honey

SPICES & HERBS:
2 tsp salt
pepper as you like

FLAVORINGS:
2tbsp of fat free dressing
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp of fat free mayo
2 pats (2teaspoons) of butter

DRINKS:
1 10oz cup of coffee and
3 cups herbal tea and
5 cups of club soda or
2 cans of diet soda and
1 cup of ice tea-sweetened only w/. 2 packets of sugar substitute or

EXERCISE: increase your exercise plan by 5-10percent
lemonade made w/. real lemons and 2 packets of sugar substitute or 2 tsp of gradulated sugar
flavored selter or tonic water unlimited
Unlimited tap or bottled water

— Here’s a TIP: Don’t go to the store hungry, or else you’ll come home with half the store. ;)

— I’ve been getting a lot of questions about how long the ‘transition’ will take for moving from a state of unhealthiness into healthiness. Well, 9 yrs later & I’m still in the middle of the transition period! Don’t think of this as you being on another temporary health kick; rather, look at it as you having made the choice to become & stay healthy…FOREVER! And there is no need to feel scared by that thought, as if it is going to be something too challenging to accomplish. For me at least, it definitely would be more challenging to deal with the consequences of becoming more & more obese across my lifetime, w/ various ailments popping up in my body as I age…gout, diabetes, heart disease, cancer… Trust me when I say that getting & staying healthy is going to be easier…even if it takes a lifetime!…for didn’t you want to look & feel healthy for your entire lifetime? ;)

— There is nothing inherently wrong or bad about junk food, processed food & cooked animal foods, etc…humans are still able to “stay alive” eating those foods…but what I like to do is choose the foods that FEEL better for my body, have less negative consequences, & more positive benefits.

— Leading a healthy lifestyle is simply my own personal trip…it doesn’t make me better than anyone else & I’d like each of you to not make the mistake of ever thinking that it does.

— Look at achieving & maintaining health as a LIFETIME venture. Nobody really ‘loses’ by eating better, save for a few pizza & ice cream parties. But if you are/were to be obese, you wouldn’t be able to do SO many things…so who cares if you miss out on a pizza party! You’re gaining a LIFETIME of health!

— Try walking the “Razor’s Edge” with your eating…don’t eat those last few bites of food which only end up making you feel too full…keep the LIGHTNESS within you.

— Be nice to yourself, for you’re NOT the only one who uses food as a love mechanism, that’s for sure! Want to know why? The food loves us back with no resistance. All food ‘wants’ to be eaten. So it’s an easy (but dangerous) way to receive unconditional love. Unlike how it might be between us and our parents, preachers, teachers, doctors & lawyers. ;)

— Food loves you back as much as you love it, so instead of denying that fact the trick is to allow yourself to fall in love with the foods that leave behind the least residues & metabolic wastes! It’s as simple as that! ;-)

Totally 100% Raw Corn on the Cob,
Tomato Slices,
Cucumber Chunks &
Cilantro…

* I n g r e d i e n t s *
…missing quantities are up to you for this one!…
— Raw Corn on the Cob (yes, totally raw, NOT even so much as lightly steamed…although if you need to steam them, we won’t tell anyone…)
— Beefsteak Tomatoes
— Cucumbers*
— 1 bunch of Cilantro
— 1 Lime
*unpeeled if organic; peeled if inorganic

* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) Shuck the corn, and lay out on what will be each person’s lunch or dinner plate.

— 2) Slice the beefsteak tomatoes into very large pieces & slice the cucumbers lengthwise into quarters, setting all sliced tomatoes & cucumbers along side the shucked ears of corn.

— 3) Chop the cilantro into large pieces, and divide among all of the plates as well.

— 4) Use a manual citrus juicer or a citrus hand juicer to squeeze the juice of the lime over everything on each plate, but concentrating most heavily on the cilantro and the corn.

— 5) Serve, and enjoy!

* I n s p i r a t i o n *
— I wanted to share with you a REAL raw food meal, meaning one that is more typical for a REALLY quick and simple raw food dinner. This recipe involves no machines! But I do use a knife…

— The top question type I have been getting has been about LOVE, and mainly in the sense of asking, “How do I get more love?”

— The 2nd top question type I have been getting has been all things related to CORN, yes corn…go figure! So, to ward off in advance any further “So how do you prepare your corn?” type questions, here is the answer if you haven’t figured it out already: I eat my corn 100% raw and unadulterated…not even slightly steamed! ;)

— Regarding love, we are all an infinite field and we just come out of that…but with conditionings brought upon by us by our environments. At each of our cores, we really are all innocent. Just because many of us have been programmed with ‘negative’ and/or ‘ignorant’ things, through no faults of our own, this does not make our inner, innocent selves out to be bad…

— So we REALLY need to love OURSELVES no matter what! Take some time to sit with yourself, be it via meditation, or spending more time alone…and learn to love yourself…just do it! ;-)

— 4 heads Celery
— 12 Cucumbers (unpeeled if organic; peeled if inorganic)
— 2 dozen on-the-vine Tomatoes
— 3 heads Broccoli
— 1 pound Baby Bok Choy (or 1 bunch Bok Choy)
— 1 bunch Mustard Greens
— 4 bunches Parsley (2 Regular, 2 Italian)
— 1 bunch Asparagus
— 1 large Fresh Aloe Leaf (inorganic ok; organic is rarely available…also, only juice the lower portion of it & always juice a bit & taste, juice a bit & taste, as it can be VERY potent)
— 1 bottle of E3Live Algae
— Rainbow Light Advanced Systems Digestive Enzymes (to help control gas, especially when you first jump into a program like this! If you can’t find this brand, look for a type that’s raw vegan & whole-plant sourced)
