— I’ve been getting a lot of questions about how long the ‘transition’ will take for moving from a state of unhealthiness into healthiness. Well, 9 yrs later & I’m still in the middle of the transition period! — There is nothing inherently wrong or bad about junk food, processed food & cooked animal foods, etc…humans are still able to “stay alive” eating those foods…but what I like to do is choose the foods that FEEL better for my body, have less negative consequences, & more positive benefits.
— Leading a healthy lifestyle is simply my own personal trip…it doesn’t make me better than anyone else & I’d like each of you to not make the mistake of ever thinking that it does.
— Look at achieving & maintaining health as a LIFETIME venture. Nobody really ‘loses’ by eating better, save for a few pizza & ice cream parties.
