HI,
I know it can be very difficult to lose extra weight. The main thing you may want to look at is what exactly you’re eating. Though carbs don’t always make you gain weight, eating refined carbs and sugars in excess can contribute to weight gain.
A good diet is one that is balanced – protein (fish, chicken, turkey, beans), whole grains (brown rice, quinoa, millet), vegetables (steamed, baked, stir fried with a little oil) beans and legumes and organic dairy products if you can eat them. Nuts and oils can be eaten on a healthy diet but in moderation. Also, use only extra virgin olive oil, not vegetable oil.
People think that eating low-fat products will help you lose weight. Actually, these low-fat products do your body no good, and in fact, people can lose weight on full-fat dairy products if they can tolerate them.
The other thing to consider is that people don’t realize that they may be allergic or sensitive to the foods they eat. Being allergic or sensitive to the foods you eat can cause your body to gain weight.
This may help you figure out if you have other symptoms of being allergic:

I know this is a lot of information. I commend you for starting this process and being dedicated to losing the weight.
I make healthy meal plans weekly for people. If your parents like to cook or if you want to learn, this is a great place to start making healthy meals. I offer one week free so you can try it out.
Best of luck,
