sample meal plan of a cleansing diet?

i’ve been doing some very unhealthy things lately, like eating bad things and throwing up..
eating unhealthy things in general, and im afraid that im doing a lot of damage.
starting tomorrow morning, i want to cleanse myself.

can someone give me a sample meal plan of a very cleansing, healthy diet?
im 16, 5’7, and about 114 lbs if that helps.

hey.
im 16 too and im five three and weigh more then you do. You honestly do not need to diet considering you are underweight for your height anyway. You’re probably really skinny. I wouldnt try to do a cleansing diet because you make yourself really sick when you do that.
I would stop throwing up and just take it day by day and try to eat better things for you like more fruits and veggies and greens.

If you really want to do the cleansing diet though you can eat fruit and drink water for 3 straight days. My ant who is 21 did that and she lost 5 pounds and her skin cleared up. it did wonders.

— I’ve been getting a lot of questions about how long the ‘transition’ will take for moving from a state of unhealthiness into healthiness. Well, 9 yrs later & I’m still in the middle of the transition period! Don’t think of this as you being on another temporary health kick; rather, look at it as you having made the choice to become & stay healthy…FOREVER! And there is no need to feel scared by that thought, as if it is going to be something too challenging to accomplish. For me at least, it definitely would be more challenging to deal with the consequences of becoming more & more obese across my lifetime, w/ various ailments popping up in my body as I age…gout, diabetes, heart disease, cancer… Trust me when I say that getting & staying healthy is going to be easier…even if it takes a lifetime!…for didn’t you want to look & feel healthy for your entire lifetime? ;)

— There is nothing inherently wrong or bad about junk food, processed food & cooked animal foods, etc…humans are still able to “stay alive” eating those foods…but what I like to do is choose the foods that FEEL better for my body, have less negative consequences, & more positive benefits.

— Leading a healthy lifestyle is simply my own personal trip…it doesn’t make me better than anyone else & I’d like each of you to not make the mistake of ever thinking that it does.

— Look at achieving & maintaining health as a LIFETIME venture. Nobody really ‘loses’ by eating better, save for a few pizza & ice cream parties. But if you are/were to be obese, you wouldn’t be able to do SO many things…so who cares if you miss out on a pizza party! You’re gaining a LIFETIME of health!

— Try walking the “Razor’s Edge” with your eating…don’t eat those last few bites of food which only end up making you feel too full…keep the LIGHTNESS within you.

— Be nice to yourself, for you’re NOT the only one who uses food as a love mechanism, that’s for sure! Want to know why? The food loves us back with no resistance. All food ‘wants’ to be eaten. So it’s an easy (but dangerous) way to receive unconditional love. Unlike how it might be between us and our parents, preachers, teachers, doctors & lawyers. ;)

— Food loves you back as much as you love it, so instead of denying that fact the trick is to allow yourself to fall in love with the foods that leave behind the least residues & metabolic wastes! It’s as simple as that! ;-)

You’ve decided you want to lose weight and get healthy.

A little meal planning can help you:

STEP 1
Make a list of the foods that make you feel full, good, happy, or just that you find yourself eating often.

Now make a mark beside the healthy ones. You will either need to ditch the unhealthy options

STEP 2
Plan out all your meals and snacks on paper and stick to it.

You need to be sure to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two snacks in between meals.

STEP 3
Make sure that breakfast includes some carbohydrates for energy.

STEP 4
For your first snack of the day, choose something small and light, but satisfying enough to keep you from reaching for other

STEP 5
Include a protein choice for lunch, such as grilled chicken breast, tuna, or a tofu burger, as well as some fruits and vegetables.

STEP 6
For your second snack, reach for an apple, pear, peach, or another fruit you enjoy.

STEP 7
Plan for dinner to be a lighter meal since you will be going to bed and not able to use up all of the calories.

STEP 8
Look over your plan for the day and make sure you have provided for enough servings of each food group.

Now make yourself another day or two of plans so that you can alternate them and avoid getting bored.
