Are there any free diet and exercize planners out there?
It’d be great if there were, but I doubt it. Like, ideally it would let me enter what I have around the house and then tell me what healthy meals i could make, or at least how much of each thing i should eat. and give me a exercize plan i could do without having to have any equipment, Are there any like this out there? Or any similiar things that are FREE or advice on what I should eat and exercize. want to lose as much weight as possible by may 2011.

would this make a good and healthy diet?
i’m 38 years old and i just had my 3rd and final baby about 3 months ago.. i never really lost all of my weight from the baby before that who was born 2 1/2 years ago. so now i am desperate to tone down and lose some major weight. my goal is to drop around 70-80 lbs by this time next summer, and to also tone my body down and lose some of the baby flab..but i want to do it in a healthy way, and i don’t have a lot of money to waste doing any kind of weight watchers or any other diet that is going to be expensive.. so, i was thinking of maybe trying to do a soup, salad, fruit, cereals and yogurt diet.. of course the soups would be made out of fresh veggies,and whole wheat low fat pastas, and lean cuts of meat like chicken and beef. the fruits would be open wide because i love fruit, only fat free yogurts, maybe granola at times to pick up some extra fiber, and of course tons and tons of water.. and i also want to start doing some good exercised, preferably some that will really work my abs, thighs, and rear. it has to be things i can do here while tending to my 2 little boys. like sit ups, crunches, jogging or running/walking. any other ideas would be very helpful.. i really want to do this. now that i am finished having kids it is time to reclaim my body and make it the way it used to be, and next summer my husband is taking me on a wonderful tropical vacation and i would love to blow his mind by being able to wear a great swim suit. so, does this sound like a healthy diet plan? would it work? is there anything that i need to add or take away from my plan? if i do it this way do you believe that my goal weight is attainable in the time that i have to lose it? any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.. thanks all…

Is this a healthy diet/exercise plan?
I’m trying to tone-up and lose a few pounds here’s what I ate today-
Breakfast- (11:00) Jillian Micheals Whey Protein powder with milk
Lunch- (2:00) 1 cup of fat-free cottage cheese
Dinner- (5:00) Apple and a plum
Here’s what I did for exercise-
Bas Rutten Muai Thai workout (round 1)
10 min. Level 2 Abs workout from youtube
50 dumbbell curls with 6.6 weights
10 min legs from exercise t.v.
50 more dumb ell curls
100 front kicks (50 each leg)
25 push ups
walk/jog around the block
and 25 more push-ups
Is this under/overworking?
Can I workout tomorrow too?

You’re not eating enough. That’s probably like 500 calories, which is crazy, considering the amount of exercise you do. You are under-eating and your metabolism is suffering. Once you reach your target goal and start eating normally, you will gain all that weight, because your metabolism isn’t working as well and it won’t be able to burn all your calories. You’re also over-working a little bit, so just relax. You should also do at least 30 minutes of cardio. You’re spot-toning, instead of trying to get rid of the fat on your body.

Is this a Healthy diet plan for an effective weight lose ?
Breakfast : 1\2 an apple ( 32 calories )
Lunch : Egg ( 70 calories )
Dinner : Two sticks of Sugar free gum ( 10 calories )
= 112 Calories
+ 45 Minutes of running = 400 average calories burned
So .. what do u think ?
