Bad headaches with newly started healthy eating plan?

I am getting extremely bad headaches upon starting a new healthy diet plan. Any ideas why I am getting such bad headaches, how long they will last, and what to do about them??

If you cut caffeine out of your diet, that could be the reason. Caffeine often gives people a "withdrawal" when they quit drinking it, and one of the main symptoms is headaches and irritability.
If that’s the case, then the headaches should being to fade, and eventually go away.

If it’s not the caffeine, maybe your body wasn’t ready for an immediate and drastic change of diet. (For example, if you used to eat a high fat, high sugar diet, and all of the sudden you stopped eating fat and sugars, your body will not like the change, and it may react in an unpleasant way.)

Either way, the headaches should go away or lighten up soon. I suggest you drink plenty of water, and exercise and rest
