Don’t use either. The health benefits of acai berry have been grossly exaggerated and the doctor was was on Oprah has been quoted as regretting he mentioned it. Moreover, Oprah’s producers are suing at least one of the companies advertising acai.

To lose weight, you need to pay attention to your diet and exercise…there is no magic fruit that is going to make you lose weight. That’s pretty much the long and short of it. However, there are plenty of nutrition companies that will be happy to take your money while telling you that they have the magic secret to weight loss.

The juice would probably be cheaper, unless they have bulked the price up since they know poeple will buy it. I agree with you though, my mom ordered the pills and those dam things are so huge! i doubt i could even get one down my throat
