How can I lose body fat? WITH NO ACAI BERRY?

I'm not overweight my BMI is 20 but my body fat percentage is 29% and it should be way lower especially 'cause I'm only nearly 16..

How can i lower this percent without losing too much weight?

I'm roughly 5'6 (168cm) and 57kg (125lbs)

*-drink water or flavored water like Propel instead of soda. (Soda gives you unneeded calories which turn into fat and cause cellulite.)

*- Exercise 30 mins. at least three times a week (even if it is just walking) or stay active as much as possible. Do something you like for exercise whether it be dancing, jogging to music, hula hooping or jump rope

*-Eat the right calories meaning the food groups. GO to
www.mypyramid.gov to see how much of each group your body needs
(dont stress calories! They actually are GOOD, if you feed your body the right ones)

-If you are craving dessert, have one!! Its not a sin, just have a small portion and throw away the rest

-Hide away junk food

Has anyone tried acai berry to lose weight on here?

I've read that is helps you lose weight when combined with a colon cleanse product. I'm worried to take anything like that cause I don't want to be in the bathroom all the time having to go. If I do the Acai berry diet without taking a colon cleansing, will it still be affective in losing weight?

There are so many out there all claiming that they can do so much but I don't know whether or not to believe them. If you have taken any acai berry supplement let me know how the results were and where I can get it.
